Please read these terms carefully before connecting your accounts or orchestrating content automations with the Bhusan platform.
Plain English Summary
Bhusan empowers you and your authorized AI agents (Claude, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, Cursor, CLI, etc.) to schedule and publish content across 30+ social media networks. You remain the owner of all your creative assets and posts. You are responsible for ensuring that all content scheduled or generated complies with the respective terms of each social network.
These terms govern automated and manual publishing to all integrated platform endpoints:
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Bhusan (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including our web dashboard, mobile application, Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, REST APIs, and command-line interfaces (CLI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess full authority to bind that entity to these conditions.
If you do not agree to all provisions of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Service.
Description of Service & Agentic Architecture
Bhusan is an agentic social media management and scheduling infrastructure. The platform enables creators, marketing teams, and developers to:
- Connect multiple social media accounts via OAuth 2.0 authorization grants.
- Schedule, orchestrate, queue, and publish multimedia content (photos, videos, threads, carousels) across 30+ networks.
- Connect autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents (such as Claude MCP, Claude Code, ChatGPT, OpenClaw, Cursor, n8n, Make) via authenticated API tokens and Model Context Protocol servers to automate content drafting, aspect ratio adaptations, and scheduling queues.
- Monitor cross-channel analytics, post engagement, and milestone-triggered automated actions.
Account Registration & OAuth Token Security
To use Bhusan, you must create an account and authenticate the social destinations you wish to manage. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your API keys, MCP secrets, and account credentials.
- Take full responsibility for all activities occurring under your account, including operations initiated by configured AI agents, webhooks, or automation workflows.
- Promptly notify us at support@rabinacharya.info.np of any unauthorized access or security compromise.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form in our Cloudflare edge database and are used solely to execute scheduled publishing, status polling, and token refreshing on your behalf.
Third-Party Social Media Platform Compliance
Your use of Bhusan requires strict compliance with the developer and user policies of all connected third-party networks, including but not limited to:
Bhusan is not responsible for any account suspensions, shadowbans, rate limits, or penalties imposed by third-party platforms resulting from spam, excessive automation, policy violations, or prohibited content.
User Content & Intellectual Property
Ownership: You retain 100% ownership, copyright, and all intellectual property rights in and to all images, videos, copy, audio files, and prompts that you upload, generate, or publish via Bhusan.
Limited License: You grant Bhusan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to host, cache, encode, transmit, adapt aspect ratios, and dispatch your content to your connected social channels for the express purpose of providing the Service.
We will never sell your content or use your private assets, videos, or prompts to train foundation AI models without your explicit opt-in consent.
Acceptable Use & Content Restrictions
You agree not to use Bhusan to generate, schedule, or publish:
- Content that is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, harassing, obscene, or promoting hate speech.
- Malicious code, phishing schemes, spam campaigns, or automated manipulation of trending topics.
- Content that infringes upon third-party copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or trade secrets.
- Automated interactions designed to evade third-party rate limits or safety systems.
Subscriptions, Trials & Cancellations
Certain tiers of Bhusan are provided on a recurring subscription basis. When initiating a free trial (e.g., $0 for 7 days), your subscription will automatically convert to the chosen paid plan at the end of the promotional period unless canceled beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account billing panel. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active billing cycle.
Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Bhusan is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, flawless delivery in the event of third-party API outages, or viral engagement outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bhusan, its officers, directors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, loss of reputation, or business interruption.
